My life so far has taken me to places I never thought it would. It has made me think about the world in a different context and is continually forcing me to evaluate who I am and if I am all that I want to be.
I'm living in Brighton, UK which is a seaside town in the south of England. We've lived here for a year and are still very much enjoying it. It's allowing me time to meet new people, explore my interests, and spend plenty of time outside if the weather allows.
I work in charities as a Domestic Abuse Caseworker and also do shifts in a young person's homeless hostel. I'm liking the flexibility of the roles and the space both have given me to grow, progress, and explore my interests.
One thing I'm very passionate with is social justice. I'm especially interested in LGBT rights. I'm currently volunteering for a LGBT youth group and am learning so much each week!
A bit about my interests... I love reading. It's been a part of my life since I was very small. It's my favorite way of escaping this crazy world. One thing I want to do, and hope I can succeed in, is reading more classic and challenging novels. Also, I love films, music, art, travel, american tv dramas, cycling, writing, and board games.
